1. Eligibility:  The IGA “Long Haul 100th Anniversary Grocery Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 years of age or older if a resident of AL or NE) (an “Entrant”). Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary to participate in the Promotion. Employees of IGA USA, Inc., (the “Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc. (“Administrator”), and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively with Sponsor, the "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes a participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Promotion Period -  The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET and ends on September 8, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
3. Promotion Overview –  The Promotion consists of (i) a sweepstakes where one (1) Grand Prize will be given away via a random drawing at the end of the Promotion Period (“Sweepstakes”), and (ii) an instant win game where one hundred (100) Instant Win Prizes will be given away at pre-determined times throughout the Promotion Period (“Instant Win”).
4. How to Participate –  To participate in the Promotion, Entrants can visit www.iga100longhaul.com (“Website”) during the Promotion Period, to find, complete and submit the official entry form. Upon submitting an entry, an email verification will be automatically sent to the Entrant, who then must verify the email prior to, and as a condition of, earning an entry into the Sweepstakes and having a chance to win an Instant Win Prize. Once the email is verified by the Entrant, the Entrant will automatically earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion. Upon email verification, the Entrant must follow the link in the email returning to the Website to see if they are an Instant Win Prize winner (as revealed on-screen) (each, a “Play”). If, upon returning to the Website, the on-screen message reveals an Instant Win Prize winner message, the Entrant is the winner of an Instant Win Prize, subject to verification. If, upon returning to the Website, the on-screen message is a confirmation indicating the email was successfully verified with no Instant Win Prize winner message, the Entrant is not the winner of an Instant Win Prize. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry and Instant Win Play per Entrant during the entire Promotion Period. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified.
   
   If an Entrant receives an Instant Win Prize winning message as indicated in the paragraph above, they will automatically receive an email notification from Sponsor or Administrator requesting a reply within 72 hours from the time the email notification is sent to confirm eligibility and the email address where the prize will be shipped. Upon Sponsor’s or Administrator’s receipt of the initial email reply within the 72-hour timeframe, Sponsor or Administrator will either (in its sole discretion), (i) mail the Instant Win Prize to the winner, sent to the mailing address provided by the Instant Win Prize winner, or (ii) send a follow up email including an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (where legal), (collectively, “Prize Release Documents”) to the potential Instant Win Prize winner, wherein the potential Instant Win Prize winner must then complete, sign and return the Prize Release Documents within 5 business days of Sponsor or Administrator sending the Prize Release Documents, in order to be deemed an official Instant Win Prize winner. Upon receipt of the completed Prize Release Documents within the 5-business day timeframe, Sponsor will mail the Instant Win Prize winner. In the event a potential winner fails to meet any of the deadlines set forth above, that potential Instant Win Prize winner forfeits their right to be deemed an official Instant Win Prize winner and win the Instant Win Prize. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator are responsible for emails that go into the SPAM or Junk folder, are unanswered within the timeframes set forth above, are undeliverable, or for any technical glitches interfering with the email messages being sent or received.
   
   One Instant Win Prize will be given away each day during the Promotion Period, at random times selected in advance for each day (each, a “Daily Winning Time”). The first Entrant who completes a Play, as defined above (that is properly received and recorded by Administrator’s computer at or immediately after the Daily Winning Time, will win an Instant Win Prize, subject to verification. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Plays received for each Daily Winning Time and the timing and distribution of such Plays in relation to each Daily Winning Time.
5. Sweepstakes Random Drawing –  On or about September 9, 2026, Administrator will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner via a random drawing, to be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of being selected as the potential Grand Prize winner depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor will notify the potential Grand Prize winner via email (“Grand Prize Notification”). The potential Grand Prize winner must respond to the Grand Prize Notification within 72 hours of Administrator sending the Grand Prize Notification message or will forfeit their right to the Grand Prize and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Administrator may select up to three (3) alternate Grand Prize winners. If, after the initial Grand Prize winner and the three (3) alternates, the Administrator is still unable to verify a potential Grand Prize winner, the Grand Prize will not be awarded.
   
   Upon receipt of Grand Prize winner’s response to the Grand Prize Notification, Administrator will then email the potential Grand Prize winner the Prize Release Documents (defined in Official Rule #5), along with a W9 tax form. The Grand Prize winner must complete, sign and submit the Prize Release Documents and W9 tax form to Administrator within 5 business days of Sponsor or Administrator sending the Prize Release Documents to the potential Grand Prize winner, or the potential Grand Prize winner will forfeit their right to the Grand Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion, time permitting. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for emails that go into the SPAM or Junk folder, are unanswered within 48 hours, are undeliverable, or for any technical glitches interfering with the email messages being sent or received.
6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARVs”): 
   One (1) Grand Prize –  A check for $5,000.00, made out to the Grand Prize winner. ARV: $5,000.00.
   
   55 Instant Win Prizes– A $100.00 Visa Gift Card. ARV: $100.00 each. Total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes to be awarded is $5,500. Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions printed on or accompanying the card.
   
   Total ARV of all Prizes available to be won in this Promotion is $10,500.00.  
   
   Prizes are not transferable or substitutable. The gift card prize is not redeemable for cash value. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. No substitutions of a prize allowed, except Sponsor may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion for any reason. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any unclaimed Prizes remain property of Sponsor and will go unawarded.  
7. Entry Conditions and Release:  By entering, each Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.
8. General Conditions:  All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an Entrant who submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) award the Grand Prizes and any unclaimed Instant Win Promotion prize in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries registrations received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover Prize at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries, Promotion plays, and/or prizes claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
9. Limitations of Liability:  The Promotion Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, Promotion plays, prize claims, email, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries, Promotion plays or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Promotion-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto). If for any reason an entry I or Promotion play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant's sole remedy is another entry or Promotion play in the Promotion, provided that the Promotion has not been terminated.
10. Disputes/Governing Law:  Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the State of Illinois under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Illinois state or federal court judge with experience in promotional law matters who shall follow Illinois law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Illinois, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of the State of Illinois. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Illinois; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.
11. Data Collection:  Information collected from Entrants in connection with the Promotion shall be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.iga.com/terms/terms-conditions-and-privacy-policy.
